We also used as many organic ingredients as possible and NO preservatives. Our Teriyaki Salmon Jerky is the perfect blend of sweet and savory. Each glistening piece is almost translucent when held up to sunlight. We hand cut each piece of jerky and we tried to make our pieces a little bigger so that you can tell that you're eating salmon, not mystery meat.
